Purpose and scope of the stacker
1. This equipment is CDD type electric lift pallet stacker, using battery as power source, DC motor drive, driving oil pump to supply pressure, walking by electric drive, the operator guides the walking direction;
2. The truck is suitable for short-distance pallet transportation and stacking operations, and the ground needs to be leveled. Now it is only allowed to operate inside the warehouse;
3. The maximum load of this pallet stacker is 1500KG, and the maximum height is 3m.
Before use
1. Check the hydraulic pipeline for oil leakage
2. Check whether each support wheel can work normally
3. Open the electric door lock and check the electric energy meter on the instrument panel. If there is one bar at the bottom, it means that the battery is out of power. It should be charged with the battery. It is strictly forbidden to use the stacker forklift without electricity;
4. Press the lifting and lowering buttons to check whether the lifting and lowering of the stacker is normal.
Operation method
1. Handling: Pull the vehicle down near the cargo stack (the fork head is about 300mm away from the cargo stack), open the electric door lock, press the down button, and adjust the fork to an appropriate height; insert the fork slowly and as deeply as possible For the pallet, press the up button until the height of the fork is about 300mm above the ground; pull the vehicle to the predetermined position, press the down button, and after the pallet has completely landed, slowly pull out the fork to make the fork detach from the stack, and then slowly remove the vehicle; and Press the up button to raise the fork to about 300mm above the ground;
2. Stacking height: Open the electric door lock, the same requirements as above, insert the fork into the pallet, press the up button to confirm that the cargo pallet is lifted (about 200mm), and then slowly move the vehicle to the designated position; press the up or down button , raise or lower the pallet to the specified height of the shelf (the bottom of the pallet is about 200mm from the bottom of the shelf), then push the vehicle, send the pallet into the inside of the shelf, press the down button, and stop when the pallet completely falls on the shelf; move the vehicle and wait for the goods After the fork completely pulls out the pallet, move the vehicle to the designated position and lower the fork to 300mm from the ground;
3. When the electric energy meter shows the first grid on the bottom side, connect the special charger to charge, and the charging time is about 8 hours;
Matters needing attention:
1. It is strictly forbidden to press the up or down button when the vehicle is walking;
2. It is strictly forbidden to switch the up and down buttons quickly and frequently
3. It is strictly forbidden to quickly load heavy objects on the fork
4. Overload use is not allowed
5. When using, make sure that the center of gravity of the goods is located in the center of the two forks
6. It is strictly forbidden to place the goods on the forks for a long time
7. It is strictly forbidden for any person and any part of the body to be placed under the fork and heavy objects
